Dirk is the founder and Managing Director of PMC². As a global coach, supervisor, and organizational developer, he supports life sciences leaders and teams in navigating complexity and leading with clarity. With over 20 years in pharmaceutical R&D, process excellence, and international M&A, he brings deep industry insight and a strong grasp of global team dynamics. Before founding PMC² in 2019, he held leadership roles in pharma and worked as a consultant in healthcare transformation. He holds a PhD in Chemistry and certifications in systemic and solution-focused coaching.
